The Prosecutor’s Office has stopped the criminal prosecution on the based that the criminal act was not committed

Thanks to the efforts of LSA lawyer A in criminal case No. 43155720 about B.M. and D.B Prosecutor’s Office of RA stopped criminal prosecution on the based that they did not commit an imputed act provided, respectively, by part 1 of Article 308 and Part 1 of Article 38-308 of the former Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia and the preventive measure applied against them was canceled.
