The court annulled investigator’s report on the refusal to initiate criminal proceedings and obliged the competent authority to initiate criminal proceedings

Thanks to the efforts of the lawyer of the LSA firm, Edgar Ayvazyan, the court ordered the competent authority, based on the message of our principal, «Haybusak» University, to initiate criminal proceedings on the fact of embezzlement of particularly large funds.
