The Court Rejected Investigator’s Motion to Extend Detention of Our Client, Sh.K.

On October 7, 2024, the General Jurisdiction Criminal Court of Yerevan rejected the investigator’s motion to extend the detention period of our client, Sh.K., who is accused of illegally crossing the border of the Republic of Armenia with forged documents.
